Welcome to LoomLayers.store. By accessing our website and purchasing our premium home textiles, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Product Accuracy & Representation
- Color Variance: We take every effort to photograph our linens, cushions, and bedsheets in natural lighting. However, due to variations in digital screens (mobile/laptop) and display settings, the actual product color may vary slightly from the images on your screen.
- Fabric Feel: Descriptions regarding “softness” or “texture” are subjective. We provide thread counts and material details (e.g., 100% Cotton, Velvet, Jersey) to help you make an informed choice.
- Measurements: Our textiles follow standard Pakistan bedding sizes. Please check our Size Guide before ordering. A variance of ±1-2 inches is standard in textile manufacturing and is not considered a defect.
2. Ordering & Pricing
- Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. In the rare event an item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
- Price Changes: Prices are listed in PKR. We reserve the right to update prices due to changes in cotton/raw material costs or government taxation without prior notice.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Nationwide Coverage: We ship across Pakistan via premium couriers. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days for major cities and 5–7 working days for others.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address and active WhatsApp number are correct. LoomLayers is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect contact information.
4. Hygiene & Usage Policy
- Hygiene Standards: For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on items that have been unwrapped, spread on a bed, or used, even for a short period.
- Washing Instructions: Each product comes with care instructions. LoomLayers is not liable for damage (shrinkage, color bleeding, or pilling) caused by improper washing, the use of harsh bleaches, or high-heat drying.
5. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement by contacting our WhatsApp support. Once the order has been dispatched and a tracking number is generated, it cannot be canceled.
6. Payments
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to Rs. 10,000.
- Digital Payments: We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Bank Transfers. Digital orders are processed immediately upon payment verification.
7. Limitation of Liability
LoomLayers.store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
