Return & Refund Policy
At LoomLayers.store, we take pride in the quality of our threads. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you resolve the issue according to the guidelines below.
1. The 7-Day Inspection Guarantee
- You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition for Return: To be eligible, the item must be unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
2. Hygiene Policy (Important)
Home textiles (bedsheets, pillows, cushions) are considered personal hygiene products.
- Once a bedsheet has been spread on a bed or a pillow has been used, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
- We recommend inspecting the fabric and print quality before removing it from the original plastic packaging.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (e.g., a tear, major printing error, or missing pillowcases):
- Unboxing Evidence: We strongly encourage customers to record a short video while unboxing their parcel.
- Replacement: We will send a fresh replacement at zero cost to you. Please report the fault via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Color Bleeding & Shrinkage
- Washing Care: Our fabrics are tested, but we are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing (e.g., using bleach, mixing whites with colors, or washing at high temperatures).
- Claims: Claims regarding color fading or shrinkage will only be entertained if the washing instructions provided on the product label were strictly followed.
5. “Change of Mind” Returns
If you simply don’t like the color or pattern after receiving it:
- Exchange: You can exchange it for any other item of the same or higher value.
- Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and a Rs. 300 processing fee.
- The item must be in its original, unopened “LoomLayers” packaging.
6. Refund Process
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Method: Approved refunds are issued via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.
- Timeline: Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to be processed.
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
